Jobtailor is seeking a strategic Content Lead to own our end-to-end content calendar and executive social presence. You will plan, research, and produce long-form, SEO-friendly content to support organic growth and category authority across markets.

In this role you will manage translation/localization with freelancers, coordinate with Sales, CSM, Partnerships, and Procurement, and use AI tools for research and automation while maintaining brand consistency across materials.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running a company-wide content calendar tied to pipeline and OKRs across multiple personas and industries.
• Ability to publish polished, data-backed, SEO-friendly long-form content in English with minimal editing.
• Comfortable interpreting and presenting data.
• Experience owning a company social presence and growing followers/engagement.
• Ability to flex tone across audiences.
• Ability to build and read performance dashboards and tie content output back to pipeline and OKRs.
• Ability to work end-to-end with minimal check-ins, proactively flag risks, and make independent decisions.
• Ability to build trust cross-functionally with Sales, CSM, Procurement, and Product.
• Experience using AI for research, content creation, and task automation while understanding its limits.
• Nice to have: localization/translation program management.
• Nice to have: brand and visual design experience, including Figma and Canva.
• Nice to have: French fluency.
• Nice to have: freelancer/vendor management.
• Nice to have: experience in a Series A/B environment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
