Jobtailor is seeking a creative Social Media & Community Intern to craft engaging content for gaming audiences and manage interactions across platforms. You will collaborate with communications, brand, and partner studios to ensure consistent messaging and active communities.

The role focuses on producing platform-tailored assets, analyzing feedback, and supporting influencer campaigns while learning from a dynamic publishing team in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Multimedia, Journalism, or a related field.
• Genuine passion for video games, gaming communities, and online culture.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Discord, and Steam.
• Good instincts for effective social media content.
• Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Interest in PR, media, influencers, and content creator ecosystems.
• Creative, proactive, and full of ideas.
• Understanding of social media codes and adapting content and tone to different platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling several topics.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Collaborative team player with a genuine passion for games.

Responsabilités

• Create and publish short-form videos, static visuals, reactive posts, memes, and other platform-tailored social assets.
• Engage with communities by replying to comments, joining conversations, interacting with players and creators, and keeping communities active and welcoming.
• Monitor gaming and internet culture, community feedback, and social performance to identify content opportunities and learnings.
• Support PR, influencer activities, campaign coordination, media and creator research, coverage tracking, and communication materials.
• Collaborate with Communications, Community, Brand, partner studios, agencies, and creators to align content and messaging.
• Report to the Social & Community Manager and Communications & Community Lead.
• Work closely with the Publishing team and partner studios across multiple games.
