Jobtailor in France is seeking a seasoned communications and marketing professional to lead newsletter creation, coordinate Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations, and manage cross-functional campaigns for brand growth.

You will collaborate with merchandising teams and suppliers, plan monthly media buys across META, display, and OOH, and oversee digital projects with internal teams and service providers.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in communications and marketing
• Strong project management skills and experience working with multiple teams and profiles
• Good knowledge of and proficiency in digital media buying
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Figma, and Trello is preferred
• Experience in mass retail or retail is a plus
• Several years of experience at a communications or advertising agency, or on the client side
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Lead the creation of commercial and editorial newsletters for the brands
• Coordinate a service provider responsible for building newsletters in Salesforce
• Collaborate with merchandising teams and suppliers to source and reference content
• Ensure newsletters are written and sent
• Implement products associated with year-end discounts negotiated with suppliers
• Create, publish, and monitor dedicated communications materials
• Plan and manage the monthly media buying for major projects across META, display, and OOH
• Manage the Group’s digital projects with service providers and internal IT teams
• Monitor Flux requests and stores’ specific requirements
• Develop physical materials and activate local digital campaigns
• Work with internal teams and service providers to create and deploy campaigns
• Take a highly hands-on and proactive approach across all responsibilities
