Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Internal Communications professional to drive strategy and content across internal channels. You will write articles, interviews, and employee stories, and produce video content with branding for the workforce.

The role requires 3–5 years in internal communications, strong writing skills, and proficiency in graphic design and video editing. You will coordinate multiple projects, support intranet/newsletter rollouts, and help organize key events for early 2027.

Qualifications

• Degree in communications, marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in internal communications, ideally multi-site.
• Creative and versatile with project management experience.
• Excellent writing and storytelling for diverse formats.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement internal communications strategy.
• Strengthen employee engagement and support transformation initiatives.
• Design and produce content for internal channels.
• Write articles, interviews, employee profiles and testimonials.
• Create video content, filming, editing, and branding for employee formats.
• Produce materials for intranet, newsletters, and events.
• Coordinate stakeholders and monitor action plans.
• Assist in organizing group internal events and 2027 preparations.
• Showcase team initiatives and successes through communications programs.
