Freedom Digital Bank France is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Operating Officer to design and scale its operating model, ensuring operational excellence across Operations, Customer Service, Risk, Technology, Product and Business.

As a founding executive, you will drive regulatory readiness, onboarding, outsourcing governance and continuous process improvement, with a focus on French and EU requirements and a seamless digital customer experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations experience in digital banking or fintech.
• Previous COO or senior operations leadership experience.
• Fluency in French and English; regulatory knowledge in FR/EU.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the operational strategy for Freedom Digital Bank France.
• Design and implement the bank's target operating model.
• Oversee day-to-day banking operations and customer-service delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and governance processes.
• Establish KPIs, service levels and reporting frameworks.
• Support regulatory authorisation and bank launch in France.
• Lead automation and continuous process improvement.
