Freedom Digital Bank France is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to establish and lead the finance function for a growing digital bank in France. The CFO will drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, capital and liquidity planning, and regulatory reporting while collaborating with the executive team and Freedom Holding Corp.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior finance leadership in digital banking or regulated financial institutions.
• Experience as CFO/Finance Director or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of French and EU banking regulation, accounting standards and prudential reporting.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead the finance function for Freedom Digital Bank France.
• Develop financial strategy, operating model and governance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting and capital/liquidity planning.
• Coordinate with Risk and senior management on financing and risk.
• Ensure regulatory reporting meets French/EU requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, regulators and external advisers.
• Support regulatory authorisation and ongoing compliance.
