Freedom Digital Bank France, part of Freedom Holding Corp, seeks a Chief Technology Officer to define and lead the technology strategy, architecture, cybersecurity, data governance and IT operations for a regulated digital banking platform in France.

As a founding executive, you will align with Product, Risk and Compliance, drive regulatory authorisation activities, and ensure the environment meets French and EU requirements while building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership in digital banking or regulated finance.
• Experience with cloud, APIs, data platforms and security.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the technology strategy for Freedom Digital Bank France.
• Design and maintain a secure, scalable, and resilient technology architecture.
• Lead infrastructure, cloud, engineering, integration and IT operations initiatives.
• Ensure the availability, performance and security of digital banking platforms.
• Drive governance, controls, and regulatory reporting aligned to EU/France rules.
