Yahoo is seeking a Compensation Partner to manage a portfolio of global business groups and partner with HRBPs and leaders to bring market data, internal context, and sound judgment to compensation decisions. You will develop analyses, build models, and communicate options with data storytelling, while modernizing processes and applying AI-enabled insights.

The role requires 4+ years of progressive compensation experience, strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, and excellent collaboration

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive compensation experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Ownership mindset with a track record of independently driving work forward and delivering results.
• Intellectual curiosity and business acumen, with the ability to connect information and develop a point of view.
• Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and new ways of working, including AI-enabled tools.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills with a track record of influencing decisions across HR and business leadership.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills with experience navigating enterprise HR systems (such as Workday).

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of global business groups, building a deep understanding of the organizations you support to proactively identify opportunities, risks, and emerging talent trends.
• Partner closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to navigate compensation decisions using market intelligence and sound judgment.
• Develop analyses and models, using data storytelling to communicate clear options and recommendations.
• Contribute to modernization of compensation processes and apply AI-enabled approaches to improve insights.
• Support the design and execution of compensation programs, including annual pay reviews and market pricing.
