WeRoad S.r.l. is seeking a Community & Merch Specialist for France, based in Paris with hybrid work flexibility. You will manage the French online community on owned channels and external groups, translate and tailor campaigns, and keep the French site fresh and well merchandised.

You should be a native French speaker with fluent English and 2+ years in community management or content creation. CMS experience and analytics know-how are required; travel brand passion is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• 2+ years in community management, social media or content creation.
• Strong copywriting and translation skills.
• Experience with CMS and basic website maintenance.
• Familiar with analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite, Amplitude).

Responsabilités

• Manage WeRoad France's online community on owned channels and third-party platforms, moderating conversations in WeRoad's tone.
• Own the French commercial plan and adapt global campaigns for the French audience.
• Translate and adapt copy from English and Italian into French for website, trip pages, social media, newsletters and campaigns.
• Keep the French website up to date and merchandised: pages, listings, banners, promotions; report content gaps.
• Create local content for the French market: record and edit short videos, reels and stories.
• Host Instagram Lives and other live formats with Travel Coordinators, moderating chats.
• Track website and social performance and provide insights to Marketing.
