Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financing instruments and banking products for Wholesale Banking.
• Excellent stakeholder management to align senior leaders.
• Clear understanding of Group credit risk principles and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support business origination through capital prioritisation and allocation; streamline origination approvals.
• Formulate and drive strategies to acquire clients and grow profitable relationships.
• Coordinate with coverage, product, and support functions for capital efficiency and risk alignment.
• Assess Low-Return Clients and review Client Plans with remediation strategies.
• Drive Balance Sheet Velocity at origination and during portfolio reviews.
