Job summary

HSBC is seeking a client-facing professional to manage a portfolio of international clients from Paris, focusing on deepening relationships and generating income in corporate banking. The role involves coordinating with regional teams, preparing credit memorandums, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a finance or related degree, experience in corporate banking, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in business development, sales management and credit in corporate banking role within HSBC.
• Commercial lending, risk assessment, trade finance and cash management experience.
• Understanding of clients and their working capital needs in an international context.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of HSBC HBCE and French or other language considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies with line manager and regional teams to maintain and enhance relationship return and revenues.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns by problem solving with Coverage, product and support functions.
• Provide general support in servicing client relationships and increasing income.
• Prepare structured credit memorandums for annual reviews and contractual adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with internal/external rules and HSBC control standards.
• Support integration and alignment of RF business within HBCE centralized platform.
