Alstom in Paris is seeking a Senior Bid Manager – Services to join the Bid Factory / Product Line. You will lead competitive tendering for the global organisation, act as center of excellence, coach regions, and ensure compliant, strong bids.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Performance, Finance, Procurement and Operations, support regional tender teams, align with Product Line strategy, govern tender inputs, and contribute to win‑loss assessments, strengthening

Qualifications

• Engineering or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of the tendering process and bid development.
• Understanding of quality and cost metrics and value drivers for services.
• Ability to challenge cost inputs, technical assumptions, and commercial proposals.
• Experience working with engineering, maintenance, procurement and operations domains.

Responsabilités

• Support regions in preparing competitive Services offers.
• Guide regional teams in securing the Bid Milestones.
• Ensure consistency of costing, pricing, and technical inputs across tenders.
• Challenge assumptions to reduce risks and maximize win probability.
• Lead or co‑lead strategic or complex bids from the Bid Factory.
• Coordinate with Tender Leader to align with Product Line strategy.
