Alstom is seeking a Services Bid Manager to join our tender team. You will coordinate bid preparation, lead reviews, and work with regional teams to deliver competitive tenders for transport solutions.

The role requires strong collaboration, analytical skills, and the ability to drive complex bids with minimal supervision. This is an on-site position based in France, within the Service Product Line.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of related industry experience.
• Knowledge of ALSTOM financial rules.
• Life Cycle Cost experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems by being collaborative, creative and analytical.
• Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal direct supervision.
• Good written and oral communications.

Responsabilités

• Participate in Win/No-Go decisions and Tender Gate Review.
• Lead QCD reviews and Tender Transfer Meetings.
• Support Regions on key tenders by mobilizing resources and contributing to the bid.
• Participate in customer meetings and ensure use of standard tools.

• SupportingRegionsonkey tendersby:
  • LeadingtheBidpreparation from Launch meeting to Tender Transfer Meeting on behalf of Region
  • Mobilizing resourcescontributing to the bid
  • Participating to customer meetings
  • Ensuring that Alstom financial rules are followed and standard tools are used
• Contribute to the Win/Loss Analysisand action plan follow-up.

Required Education and Skills

• aminimumof5years of related industryexperience
