Alstom in France is seeking a Tender Manager to drive bid activities for regional tenders within the Service Product Line. You will coordinate from Launch to Tender Transfer, mobilize resources, and participate in customer meetings while ensuring compliance with Alstom financial rules.

The role emphasizes collaboration, autonomy, and analytical problem solving, with a strong focus on delivering competitive tenders and contributing to Win/Loss analyses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in related industry experience.
• Knowledge of ALSTOM financial rules.
• Life Cycle Cost experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to solve problems collaboratively, creatively and analytically.
• Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Good written and oral communications.

Responsabilités

Within the Service Product Line, you will be a key actor of our tender team supporting Region in delivering competitive tenders.

Responsibilities:

• Participating to Win/No-Go, Tender Gate Review, QCD review, Tender Transfer Meeting
• Supporting Regions on key tenders by:
  • Leading the Bid preparation from Launch meeting to Tender Transfer Meeting on behalf of Region
  • Mobilizing resources contributing to the bid
  • Participating to customer meetings
  • Ensuring that Alstom financial rules are followed and standard tools are used
• Contribute to the Win/Loss Analysis and action plan follow-up.

Required Education And Skills

• a minimum of 5 years of related industryexperience
• Knowledge of ALSTOM financial rules
