Job summary

Sia Partners in Paris is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our AI Platforms team, translating complex business needs into robust data and AI architectures across cloud, ML, and generative AI domains. You will work closely with CIOs, CISOs, and engineering leads to ensure security, compliance, and cost-conscious designs.

You will engage in pre-sales scoping, architecture proposals, and deliverable-driven engagements, while mentoring engineers and contributing to internal IP.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud architecture, or senior engineering with design responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in at least two of the following ecosystems: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, OpenAI, Anthropic, NVIDIA.
• Strong command of cloud architecture patterns — networking, security, compute, storage, and managed AI/ML services.
• Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end technical architecture for data and AI projects, including cloud, data pipelines, ML/DL models, generative AI, and agent-based systems.
• Act as primary technical contact for client stakeholders, aligning decisions with security and regulatory requirements (GDPR, EU AI Act).
• Lead architecture reviews, design sessions, and governance forums to ensure coherence across workstreams.
• Provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams and remove impediments.
• Oversee the full lifecycle from advisory and prototyping to production deployment.
• Ensure production readiness with scalability, observability, and cost optimization.
• Support pre-sales with technical scoping, architecture proposals, and effort estimations.
• Mentor junior consultants and engineers in architectural thinking and client-facing skills.
• Contribute to internal IP, accelerators, and reference architectures.
