Job summary

Clarks is recruiting a Store Manager for Val d'Europe, FP Paris, to lead a high-energy team and deliver exceptional customer experience. You will drive sales, manage P&L, plan trading events, control costs and monitor KPIs while fostering brand advocacy and inspiring staff to excel in service and presentation in-store.

You will recruit, train and coach teammates, ensuring consistent service standards and visual merchandising that align with Clarks’ heritage and product stories.

Qualifications

• Experienced retail manager with a proven track record of commercial success.
• Ability to lead teams, promote brands and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Organised and adaptable to meet targets, manage P&L and day-to-day operations.
