roadsurfer is seeking a Location Manager/Team Leader for our Saint-Jean-de-Gonville site in France. You will lead day-to-day operations, collaborate with central teams, and drive improvements across the location.

You will manage recruitment, fleet oversight, and hands-on customer consultations, ensuring exceptional service. A background in rental or tourism and a valid driver's license are preferred. Salary ranges 36,000–38,000 EUR gross per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead and establish the on-site location, coordinating with central departments.
• Coordinate vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation to optimize processes.
• Maintain continuous communication with international teams for improvements.
• Motivate and manage the on-site team, including onboarding and task planning.
• Oversee recruitment to build the local team.
• Manage the local vehicle fleet documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and partner coordination.
• Advise customers on roadsurfer products, abo, spots, and rental options.
