Based in Bordeaux, we are seeking a hands-on Station Coordinator to oversee daily rental operations on site, ensuring smooth handovers and returns of vehicles with the station team. Your focus is on delivering a seamless customer journey and upholding high service standards.

You will support the Station Manager in planning staff and training agents, maintaining quality and a friendly, proactive attitude. Fluency in English and French, a Class B license, and a completed apprenticeship are

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship completed and 1–2 years of relevant work experience in car rental, tourism or similar.
• Very high level of service and customer orientation; friendly, open personality.
• Hands-on attitude and good face-to-face communication skills.
• Resilient problem solver with strong organisational talent.
• Fluent in English and French; valid Class B driving license.

The role - your passion

• You are responsible for the coordination of the daily rental business and take care of a smooth process of all handovers and returns of the vehicles with our station team directly on site

• Our customers and their satisfaction are in the focus of your attention, and you ensure a great customer journey

• You support the Station Manager in planning staff as well as in training our agents

• You will ensure that our quality standards are maintained, especially in terms of how we treat our customers

What you need to surf the wave with us

• You have a successfully completed apprenticeship and at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the areas of car rental, tourism or similar

• You are very high level of service and customer orientation and have a friendly and open personality

• You are absolutely hands-on (so you don't have a problem getting your hands dirty) and have good communication skillsface to face

• You are a resilient problem solver and organizational talent

• You are fluent in English and French

• You have a class B driver's license

Your Salary

We transparency. The salary range for this position is between 26,000 EUR and 28,000 EUR gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will work together to determine which level within the salary band is the best fit for you. In an annual feedback meeting, your salary will be reviewed at least once a year.
