Job summary

roadsurfer GmbH is seeking a flexible, hands-on team member based in Lyon to support our station teams across France. You will travel to different stations, help with daily tasks, and even stay in campervans during assignments to deliver memorable roadsurfer experiences.

You will contribute to a positive team atmosphere, assist with camper exterior and interior cleaning, and actively shape the work environment with your ideas and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Must be highly flexible with strong willingness to travel.
• Reliable problem solver and enjoy new challenges.
• Open-minded and eager to meet different roadsurfer teams across Europe.
• Hands-on attitude and ready to lend a hand.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages are a big advantage.
• Based in Lyon.
• Class B driving license.
• Valid travel passport.

Your Salary

We transparency. The salary range for this position is between 24,000 EUR and 26,000 EUR gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will work together to determine which level within the salary band is the best fit for you. In an annual feedback meeting, your salary will be reviewed at least once a year.
