Job summary

roadsurfer is seeking flexible team members who travel to different stations in France, staying in campervans during assignments, and ensuring customers have a memorable experience when picking up and dropping off campers.

You will support station teams, handle daily tasks, and help with camper exterior and interior cleaning, while bringing ideas to shape the work environment. Based in Lyon with a Class B license and travel passport, you’ll be part of a dynamic European team.

Qualifications

• You are highly flexible and have a strong willingness to travel.
• Reliable problem solver and enjoy new challenges.
• Open-minded and interested in meeting different roadsurfer Teams and cultures all over Europe.
• Hands-on and ready to lend a hand.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Based in Lyon.
• Class B driving license.
• Valid travel passport.

Responsibilities

• Travel to work at different stations in France and fill in where needed.
• Live in one of our campervans during assignments.
• Ensure customers have an unforgettable roadsurfer experience at pickup and drop-off.
• Support station teams with daily tasks and leave stations happy.
• Lend a hand with exterior and interior cleaning of campers.

Your Salary

We transparency. The salary range for this position is between 24,000 EUR and 26,000 EUR gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will work together to determine which level within the salary band is the best fit for you. In an annual feedback meeting, your salary will be reviewed at least once a year.
