About the role
You're not coming "just to sell" — your role as an INTERN will be to become a trusted partner for our first clients and help us refine Daisy's Product-Market Fit. You'll work directly with Louise, Founder & CEO, at the heart of our commercial development.
From day one, you'll manage the full sales cycle: identifying qualified prospects, running product demonstrations, closing deals, and supporting customers through onboarding. You'll bring a structured approach to lead generation while remaining agile enough to experiment with new growth channels and refine our go-to-market strategy based on what you learn in the field.
IMPORTANT: you will be paid with a fixed intern salary + variable.
Phase 1 – Prospecting & Qualification (SDR/Growth focus)
- Identify and target the right ICP profiles through research, LinkedIn, Instagram, events, networks, and existing databases.
- Build and maintain a clean, qualified leads database in our CRM.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media — with creativity and personalization.
- Test and optimize growth marketing approaches to generate high-quality leads.
Phase 2 – Closing
- Own the complete sales cycle: qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
- Onboard new customers and ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide valuable feedback on product improvements and sales processes.
- You have proven experience in prospecting, growth, or B2B sales.
- You're entrepreneurial and data-driven: autonomous, you test hypotheses, learn from results, and adapt your approach.
- You have excellent communication, active listening skills, and strong attention to detail.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and can take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
- You're interested in the creative leisure industry and B2B SaaS space.
Why join Daisy?
