Filigran is a fast-growing, fully remote cybersecurity company providing open-source solutions to anticipate cyber threats. We seek a Customer Platform Architect to support customers deploying on-premise infrastructure hosting Filigran products.

You will size deployments for new customers, adapt deployments to security contexts, and ensure reliability across environments while collaborating with Product and Solution Engineers to address design requests.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure and cloud exposure.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure issues.
• Practical experience with container runtimes and orchestration (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Kubernetes architecture and Helm-based deployments.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers through platform deployment in line with their needs.
• Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate infrastructure issues.
• Perform health checks and propose improvements for performance and resilience.
• Document architecture clearly for stakeholders and teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Solution Engineers on architectural requests.
