ApplyMint is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to shape the technical direction across multiple domains. You will design distributed systems and work closely with Product and Tech teams to drive technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering robust distributed systems.
• Expertise in message-driven systems like Kafka, SQS, and RabbitMQ.
• Deep technical fluency in system design and performance tuning.
• Strong coding skills in modern languages (Java, Go, Python).
• Hands-on experience with secure coding practices and compliance.
