Sonepar is seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to lead design, development, and implementation of complex software systems within an international team. You will mentor junior engineers and provide technical expertise to drive innovation and excellence in our software processes.

You will collaborate with product managers, lead architects, designers, and other teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, while maintaining code quality and documentation across

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C#, .NET, Java, Python).
Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns.
Solid understanding of database design, SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilités

Lead design, development and implementation of complex software systems.
Own full software development lifecycle from coding to deployment.
Mentor junior engineers and foster collaborative culture.
Collaborate with product managers and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and standards.
Create and maintain system architecture diagrams and API docs.
