Voyage Privé UK Ltd. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to shape technical direction across domains. You will design scalable systems, contribute hands-on, and mentor engineers while ensuring performance, reliability, and secure software practices.

You will collaborate with Product, Data, and Tech teams, drive modernization, and promote best practices in testing, observability, and CI/CD to support rapid, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience designing distributed, mission-critical systems in production.
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous processing and message-driven patterns.
• Deep understanding of system design, concurrency, and data consistency.
