Deel is seeking an Infrastructure Tech Lead to join our remote Infra Core team. You will be the senior technical voice, guiding architecture, while doing hands-on work on control plane, tooling, and platform primitives used by hundreds of engineers.

You will design scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure, automate secure provisioning, improve observability, and partner with DevOps, DBA, and InfoSec to raise the bar across the global Deel platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in infrastructure.
• Experience as a technical lead across time zones.
• Strong communication and architectural design skills.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and cloud platforms.

Responsabilités

• Define technical direction for infra core and control plane.
• Architect scalable Kubernetes-based systems and platform primitives.
• Automate provisioning, security and secret management.
• Improve observability and incident response across services.
• Collaborate with DevOps, DBA, InfoSec and product engineering teams.
