Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps/SRE to lead the cloud infrastructure platform. You will ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability for multiple teams, and drive automation across CI/CD and deployment tooling.

The role requires extensive experience with cloud and on‑prem environments, Kubernetes orchestration, and strong communication skills to explain complex topics to diverse audiences. Security clearance may be required depending on projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps or related roles with cloud and on‑premises experience.
• Experience with AWS and on‑prem infrastructures.
• Air-gapped on‑prem environments is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex topics to varied audiences.

Responsabilités

• Join the Cloud & Infrastructure Platform team to own the company’s technical foundation.
• Ensure reliability, security, and flexibility of the platform for dev, deploy, and security teams.
• Manage and improve software development forge tools.
• Build and enhance the technical foundation for cloud management and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Manage and expand monitoring coverage across projects.
• Support SREs embedded within development teams in their use of the platform.
• Provide secure modules for provisioning cloud infrastructure for on‑premises / air‑gapped environments.
• Support the security team in implementing security best practices.
• Perform operational maintenance of the platform and its components.
• Collaborate with development, deployment, and security teams.
