Kubestrive is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with deep Kubernetes expertise to design, build, and maintain our scalable, cloud-native platform at scale. You will lead initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive best practices across product teams.

In this role you will contribute to open-source projects, help evolve our internal developer platforms, and shape reliability through SLO/SLI frameworks while representing the company at conferences and events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in platform engineering or DevOps.
• Expert‑level Kubernetes knowledge; CKAs/CKAD/CKS preferred.
• Golden Kubernaut status or significant Kubernetes community contributions.
• Deep understanding of cloud‑native architectures and microservices.
• Experience with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux).
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or Rust.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi).

Responsabilités

• Design and implement scalable Kubernetes‑based platform infrastructure.
• Lead the adoption of cloud‑native best practices across engineering teams.
• Develop internal developer platforms and tooling.
• Mentor engineers on Kubernetes and cloud‑native technologies.
• Contribute to open‑source projects and represent the company at conferences.
• Drive reliability engineering practices and SLO/SLI frameworks.
