Deel is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to own the operational side of platform frameworks used by multiple product teams. You will coordinate interactions between product, engineering and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and clear accountability.

You will drive end-to-end projects, plan quarterly roadmaps, and build scalable processes to reduce toil while maintaining high-quality outcomes across Deel's platform ecosystem.
