bsport, the all-in-one platform for boutique fitness, seeks a Staff Backend Engineer to shape Core engineering, design scalable data models, and drive architecture decisions across teams. You will own critical services, mentor engineers, and help build AI-native features at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive backend engineering experience with Python and Django.
• Proven track record designing distributed systems at scale.

• Strong ownership mindset and mentoring skills.

• Drive technical strategy and architecture across Core services.
• Own cross-team problems from framing to implementation.
• Define patterns and standards for scalable, reliable systems.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term technical sustainability.
• Improve observability and reliability with modern tooling.
