AItoolnavio, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Staff AI Engineer in France to shape and deliver high-impact AI initiatives. You will provide technical leadership across engineering teams, influence architectural decisions, and deliver production-ready AI solutions improving customer experiences.

• >>Staff-level engineering experience leading complex AI initiatives.
• >>Experience deploying production-grade LLM apps and AI agents.
• >>Influence architectural decisions across teams and set engineering standards.
• >>Experience building AI evaluation frameworks with automated tests and monitoring.
• >>Knowledge of AI agent architecture, tool design, and orchestration.
• >>Experience designing secure tool boundaries and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• >>Strong backend/platform engineering with Python/Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, async workers, REST/GraphQL.
• >>Ability to design scalable shared AI infrastructure with good interfaces.
