GitGuardian is building an AI-driven Developer Efficiency platform in Paris, empowering 70+ engineers to zip through development with AI handles for routine tasks and humans focusing on judgment. You will design autonomous AI agents, define workflows, and co-own the AI toolchain roadmap with senior engineers and the CTO.

The role blends product thinking with deep technical AI dexterity in a fast-growing cybersecurity company.

Qualifications

• Founder or early-stage operator background: built and shipped an AI product with direct user feedback.
• Product mindset with technical depth: designs focus on actual user workflows.
• Hands-on AI/LLM experience with agents/LLMs in production.
• 5+ years of technical experience; Python environments in the stack.
• Ability to influence without formal authority; drive ideas successfully.
• Structured, autonomous execution: research, propose, document, and complete with minimal oversight.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Get an overview of ongoing initiatives and challenge and improve them.
• Design and deploy background AI agents that autonomously handle engineering tasks.
• Define prescriptive agent workflows and skills for teams to adopt and extend.
• Improve the AI review pipeline.
• Own the specs-to-production pipeline with automated workflows from design to merge-ready code.
• Build faster feedback loops through better test generation and AI-assisted validation.
• Consolidate AI practices into a pragmatic approach across teams.
• Co-own the AI toolchain roadmap with Staff Engineers and CTO.
• Join feature teams to keep the roadmap grounded in real constraints.
