Datadog is seeking an Engineering Manager for Code Security to lead a team building Infrastructure as Code and Secrets protection. You'll stay hands-on, influence roadmap and partner with Product and UX to deliver high-impact security products in a fast-growing area.

This hybrid role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and practical coding as you scale the team, bring AI agents into workflows, and shape the direction of the security platform for the AI era.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Proven track record shipping software through a team.
• Strong technical background for roadmap & design discussions.
• Experience integrating AI into software delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a team of engineers building Infrastructure as Code and Secrets security products.
• Own the team's roadmap, staffing, and delivery, partnering with Product and UX.
• Stay hands-on: participate in code review and design decisions; contribute to on-call rotation.
• Bring AI deeply into how the team builds and workflows; mentor engineers.
