Job summary

Vestas France is seeking a Field Service professional in the MED region to optimize wind farms across their life cycle and maximize turbine capacity. You will perform periodic inspections and support the regional team in a safe, customer-focused environment.

Partner with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics specialists, maintain strong customer relationships, and uphold rigorous safety standards while achieving service targets.

Qualifications

• Youth Training (NVQ Level 1,2), BTEC First Diploma or High-School Degree with experience in technical fields (maintenance, electrical engineering, mechanics...) desired
• Knowledge of technical English (written/oral) and familiar with the Office Pack.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out periodic service inspections in accordance with Vestas' specifications alongside electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics.
• Supporting and establishing a constructive and professional relationship with customers and regional team members on Vestas sites.
• Working to the highest safety and environmental standards whilst ensuring service targets are met.

Your mission will be to optimize our client’s wind farms during their life cycle, ensuring the maximum capacity of the wind turbines

Responsibilities

You will have a key role in ensuring the loyalty of our customers over the long term. Working in pairs, you will report to the Area Supervisor and will be responsible for:

Carrying out periodic service inspections in accordance with Vestas' specifications alongside both electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics.

Supporting and establishing a constructive and professional relationship with the customers, the various members of the regional team (technician, planner, storekeeper, etc.) in the Vestas sites.

Working to the highest safety and environmental standards whilst ensuring that service targets are met

Qualifications

Youth Training (NVQ Level 1,2), BTEC First Diploma or High-School Degree with experience in technical fields (maintenance, electrical engineering, mechanics...) desired
