Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Skilled/Semi-Skilled Worker for full-time Field Operations in Auxerre, France. The role focuses on servicing wind turbines, performing inspections, and ensuring safety and high performance on-site.

You will collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics teams, maintain strong client relations, and uphold strict safety standards in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Youth Training (NVQ Level 1,2), BTEC First Diploma or High-School Degree with experience in technical fields (maintenance, electrical engineering, mechanics...) desired
• Knowledge of technical English (written/oral) and familiar with the Office Pack.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out periodic service inspections in accordance with Vestas' specifications alongside electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics.
• Supporting and establishing constructive relationships with customers and regional team members (technician, planner, storekeeper, etc.) at Vestas sites.
• Working to the highest safety and environmental standards while ensuring service targets are met

Your mission will be to optimize our client’s wind farms during their life cycle, ensuring the maximum capacity of the wind turbines

Responsibilities

• Carrying out periodic service inspections in accordance with Vestas' specifications alongside both electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics.
• Supporting and establishing a constructive and professional relationship with the customers, the various members of the regional team (technician, planner, storekeeper, etc.) in the Vestas sites.
• Working to the highest safety and environmental standards whilst ensuring that service targets are met

Qualifications
