Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to drive reliability and on-call excellence in a cloud-first environment in Paris. You will define SPIs and SLOs, build robust monitoring, and collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Development, Product, and SecOps teams to evolve our Kubernetes-based platform.

The role emphasizes incident management, observability, and hands-on guidance for growing teams, with a focus on scalable reliability in critical cloud systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in critical cloud environments.
• Experience implementing SRE practices.
• Strong knowledge of AWS environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes and microservices architectures.
• Skills in monitoring, alerting, observability, and incident management.
• Knowledge of SRE principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, Product, and SecOps teams.
• Define and manage reliability indicators (SLIs) and service level objectives (SLOs).
• Establish a 24/7 monitoring and on-call organization.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Kubernetes-based cloud platform.
• Support the skills development and growth of team members.
