Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Platform/SRE Lead in Brittany, France, to define the platform's technical vision and guide architecture for scalable cloud-native systems. You will lead SRE practices, ensure reliability, and drive large-scale automation with IaC, GitOps, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

You will mentor teams, align with product, network, and security, and promote engineering standards while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Cloud infrastructure and/or SRE.
• Advanced proficiency with Kubernetes, containerization, and SRE practices (reliability, observability, critical incident management).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu), GitOps and CI/CD, with a strong focus on industrialization.
• Development experience in Go or Rust to support the platform.
• Ability to lead teams, make structural decisions, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science and professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the platform's technical vision: guide architecture and cloud-native technology choices in line with product goals and scalability requirements.
• Ensure operational excellence: maintain high levels of availability, resilience, and observability by establishing SRE best practices.
• Lead large-scale automation: design and build Infrastructure as Code, GitOps capabilities, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Serve as the SRE technical lead and reference: mentor teams, support their upskilling, and promote engineering standards.
• Act as a cross-functional convergence point: collaborate closely with product, network, and security teams to align the platform with business needs.
