About the Role

LevelBlue is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Senior Territory Account Manager to accelerate growth across Southern Europe, with responsibility for France, Spain and Italy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in selling managed security services and complex cybersecurity solutions to enterprise organisations, with a strong understanding of the regional market, established relationships with senior decision-makers and experience developing both direct and channel-led business. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring a highly motivated sales professional who can develop strategic customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and manage complex, multimillion-euro sales cycles. The role involves close collaboration with technical, professional services, marketing and channel teams to deliver integrated cybersecurity solutions. Fluency in French and English is essential, alongside a strong understanding of the Southern European business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Territory Development & Revenue Growth

Own and execute the sales strategy across France, Spain and Italy, delivering against annual bookings, revenue and pipeline targets.

Develop comprehensive territory and account plans, identifying priority industries, strategic enterprise accounts and opportunities for market expansion.

Drive new-logo acquisition while developing and expanding relationships with existing customers.

Build and maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline to support consistent quarterly and annual performance.

Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities across LevelBlue's managed security services and wider cybersecurity portfolio.

Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, from initial engagement and qualification through solution development, negotiation and closure.

Develop deep understanding of regional market dynamics, competitive positioning and customer cybersecurity priorities.

Enterprise & Executive Engagement

Establish trusted relationships with C-level executives, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs and other senior stakeholders.

Position LevelBlue as a strategic cybersecurity partner, aligning services with customers' security, operational and commercial objectives.

Lead executive‑level discussions on cybersecurity strategy, risk management, operational resilience and security transformation.

Navigate complex enterprise buying groups involving technical, procurement, legal and executive stakeholders.

Develop strategic account plans for major enterprise and multinational customers across Southern Europe.

Managed Security Services & Solution Selling

Demonstrate strong commercial and technical understanding of managed security services and the wider cybersecurity landscape, including: Managed Detection and Response (MDR/MXDR) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR).

Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) and co‑managed security services.

Managed endpoint, network, cloud, email and firewall security.

Incident response, digital forensics and incident response retainers.

Vulnerability management, penetration testing and security assessments.

Cybersecurity consulting, governance, risk and compliance services.

Security transformation and consolidation programmes. Work closely with solution architects, sales engineers and professional services teams to develop compelling customer propositions, respond to complex RFPs and deliver commercially competitive solutions.

Channel & Partner Development

Develop and execute a channel strategy across Southern Europe, working with resellers, systems integrators, distributors, technology vendors and strategic alliance partners.

Build regional and global partner relationships to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate market penetration.

Identify and recruit new strategic partners in underserved markets.

Develop joint account plans, partner‑led campaigns and co‑selling initiatives.

Collaborate with LevelBlue's channel and alliance teams to strengthen relationships with technology partners, including Microsoft and SentinelOne.

Balance direct enterprise sales with partner‑led and partner‑influenced opportunities, ensuring clear commercial ownership.

Sales Execution & Forecasting

Maintain accurate opportunity management, pipeline reporting and forecasting through Salesforce.

Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger or equivalent enterprise sales frameworks.

Deliver accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts, identifying committed opportunities, pipeline coverage, risks and upside.

Maintain detailed account plans, customer engagement records and opportunity progression within the CRM.

Collaborate with sales leadership on territory performance, deal strategy, competitive positioning and commercial negotiations.

Own commercial proposals, pricing discussions, contractual negotiations and internal deal approvals.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum five years' proven enterprise sales experience selling managed security services, cybersecurity services or complex security solutions.

Demonstrable success achieving or exceeding significant annual sales targets and closing complex enterprise deals.

Strong knowledge of the Southern European cybersecurity market, particularly France, and understanding of Spain and Italy.

Fluent French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish and/or Italian is a significant advantage.

Experience selling to C-level executives and senior cybersecurity decision-makers within large enterprise organisations.

Experience in both direct enterprise (B2B) and channel‑led sales, including strategic partners and systems integrators.

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM platforms for pipeline management, forecasting and account planning.

Proven ability to develop new territories, acquire new customers and grow existing strategic accounts.

Experience managing complex sales cycles, RFPs, procurement processes and multiyear managed services contracts.

Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout France, Spain and Italy.

Preferred Experience

Existing relationships with enterprise customers, CISOs and cybersecurity partners across Southern Europe.

Experience at an MSSP, MDR provider or global cybersecurity organisation.

Experience selling multiyear managed services contracts with significant annual recurring revenue.

Familiarity with Microsoft security and leading platforms such as SentinelOne, CrowdStrike and Check Point.

Knowledge of regional procurement requirements, GDPR, NIS2 and data sovereignty considerations.

Experience working in an international, matrix‑managed organisation with geographically dispersed teams.

An established network of channel partners and systems integrators across the region.

Measures of Success

Performance will be assessed against annual bookings and revenue attainment, new‑logo acquisition, growth within strategic accounts, qualified pipeline generation and forecast accuracy. Additional measures include partner‑sourced revenue, strategic channel relationships, multiyear managed services contract wins and overall territory expansion.

Location & Travel

Based in France, with regular travel throughout France, Spain and Italy. Additional EMEA travel may be required for customer meetings, internal sales events and strategic partner engagements.
