Job summary

Aircall is seeking an outstanding Solutions Engineer to join the Revenue team in Paris, focusing on the French market with secondary scope in Southern Europe. You will drive immediate value from day one by providing deep technical expertise on Aircall offerings, APIs, and integrations, while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Partner Managers to shape deals.

You will enable technical success through PoCs, demos, and clear stakeholder communication, balancing customer needs with deal strategy

Qualifications

• Technical skills in front-end and back-end development, REST APIs, webhooks, cloud architecture, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby).
• Strong communication and value-transfer abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience managing complex projects and coordinating stakeholders.
• Languages: professional proficiency in French and English (additional languages a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical knowledge of Aircall's offerings and guide PoC efforts.
• Collaborate with prospects to map technical requirements and integrations.
• Deliver demos and presentations tailored to stakeholders and manage internal/external relationships.
• Address client concerns and co-own the deal strategy to move opportunities forward.
• Create and maintain internal/external documentation to share best practices.
• Maintain a customer-first approach in all engagements.
