Amadeus in Villeneuve-Loubet is seeking a Service Manager - Move to Solution to define strategy, drive growth, and oversee delivery across service offerings and solutioning. The role emphasizes collaboration with Product, Sales, and Delivery teams to shape market approaches and ensure successful implementation.

You will manage partnerships with Airlines and distribution platforms to define a joint market approach, assess opportunities, and align offerings with business goals and risk

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, service definition, solutioning, or consulting roles, including supporting sales and pre-sales activities.
• Exposure to financial management concepts (such as budgeting, profit and loss (P&L), and margin) and service delivery oversight.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across teams and to quickly develop a strong internal network
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Business Line teams

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the definition and execution of solution strategies in collaboration with Product Management and Business Lines, including expanding approaches across different areas of the organization
• Support the development of Practice strategy, including roadmap, financial objectives, and identification of service market opportunities
• Define and evolve service offerings, including value proposition, pricing, go-to-market approach, and supporting materials for commercial teams
• Partner with Sales, Account Executives, and Delivery teams to support go-to-market activities, pipeline development, deal qualification, and customer engagements
• Lead solutioning activities for customer opportunities, ensuring alignment between business needs, delivery feasibility, financial objectives (profit and loss – P&L), and associated risks
