Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Services Strategy Manager to shape Move to Solution initiatives within the Professional Services group. You will define solution strategies with Product Management, align with Business Lines, and drive cross-vertical opportunities to accelerate growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to create market-ready offerings, pricing, and go-to-market plans while managing risk and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, service definition, solutioning, or consulting roles, including supporting sales and pre-sales activities.
• Exposure to financial management concepts (budgeting, profit & loss (P&L), and margin) and service delivery oversight.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across teams and to quickly develop a strong internal network.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Business Line teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve solution strategies in collaboration with Product Management and Business Lines; expand to cross-area impact.
• Develop Practice strategy including roadmap, financial objectives, and service market opportunities.
• Define and evolve service offerings with value proposition, pricing, go-to-market, and materials for commercial teams.
• Partner with Sales, Account Executives, and Delivery teams to support go-to-market, pipeline, deals, and customer engagements.
• Lead solutioning activities for customer opportunities, ensuring alignment of needs, feasibility, financials, and risks.
