Amadeus in Nice is seeking a Services Solution Manager (Move to Solution) to contribute to defining strategy, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across service offerings, sales support, solutioning, and delivery oversight.

The role involves building relations with Airlines, TRD, and Navitaire to define a joint market approach and to analyze opportunities for the new offering across Business Lines. Manager-level position with transversal responsibilities.

Job Title

Service Manager - Move to Solution

Professional Services has been a key growth driver for the Airlines Business Unit, delivering over 20% year-on-year growth. To build on this expertise, TU Services have been created to support the growth of the new services organizations in the different business lines and expand Amadeus reach with a strong focus on transversal services offerings.

To support this transformation, a transversal Services Solutioning and Practices team has been created to develop and execute a cross-vertical Professional Services offering. This group is organized into Practices.

Within this context, the Services Practice Manager, will contribute to defining strategy, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across service offerings, sales support, solutioning, and delivery oversight.

This position is opened to support the Move to Solution strategy definition from the Professional Services angle. This person will have a strategic role building the relation with Airlines (Nevio), TRD (Universal distribution) and Navitaire (Stratos) to define the new joint approach to bring solutions to the market. The main objective will be to analyze the opportunity and define the offering that could benefit to the different Business Lines.

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition and execution of solution strategies in collaboration with Product Management and Business Lines, including expanding approaches across different areas of the organization

• Support the development of Practice strategy, including roadmap, financial objectives, and identification of service market opportunities

• Define and evolve service offerings, including value proposition, pricing, go-to-market approach, and supporting materials for commercial teams

• Partner with Sales, Account Executives, and Delivery teams to support go-to-market activities, pipeline development, deal qualification, and customer engagements

• Lead solutioning activities for customer opportunities, ensuring alignment between business needs, delivery feasibility, financial objectives (profit and loss – P&L), and associated risks

About our ideal candidate

• Proven experience in product management, service definition, solutioning, or consulting roles, including supporting sales and pre-sales activities.

• Exposure to financial management concepts (such as budgeting, profit and loss (P&L), and margin) and service delivery oversight.

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across teams and to quickly develop a strong internal network

• Effective communication and collaboration skills across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Business Line teams

This role is at Manager level.
