Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in customer support, applications engineering, field engineering, or electronics design.
• Understanding of power electronics, switching technologies, industrial controls, or electromechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages would be beneficial.

Customer Support Engineer

Location: Paris, France

Customer Support Engineer required for a global engineering company developing advanced power switching and electrical control technologies. This Customer Support Engineer role will support customers across product integration, troubleshooting, and application development. The Customer Support Engineer will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful product implementation.

Requirements
