Triwill Group, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Solutions Engineer based in France. You will serve as a trusted technical and product advisor for enterprise partners across Turkey and the wider EMEA region.

In this role you will bridge customer needs with internal engineering, product, sales, compliance and operations teams, guiding customers from discovery through implementation, onboarding and long-term adoption.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical and product advisor for enterprise partners across Turkey and the wider EMEA region. You will bridge customer needs with internal engineering, product, sales, compliance, and operations teams. The role combines technical consulting, API integration, solution design, pre-sales, and relationship management. You will guide customers from discovery and evaluation through implementation, onboarding, and long-term adoption. You will also help translate regional requirements into actionable product and engineering feedback. Fluency in Turkish and strong English communication will be essential in this highly international, customer-facing environment.
