Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a player-coach Solutions Consulting Manager for the France & Southern Europe region, based in Paris. You will lead a team of ~5 Solution Consultants while personally driving the region's most strategic deals, partnering with Sales and shaping the move to the Contentsquare Experience Platform (CSQ XP).

You will report to the Head of Solutions Consulting EMEA and sit on the EMEA leadership team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering in B2B SaaS
• Proven people management or formal team leadership experience
• Able to lead strategic enterprise deals and coach peers

Responsibilities

• Own regional pre-sales plan and capacity
• Lead and grow the Solution Consulting team
• Partner with Sales for territory planning and joint reviews
• Lead hands-on strategic deals and POVs with measurable outcomes
• Drive CSQ XP motion and ecosystem partnerships
