Job summary

Contentsquare in Paris seeks a player‑coach Solutions Consulting Manager to lead the France & Southern Europe team, spanning France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. You will split time between coaching and running the region’s most strategic deals, acting as pre‑sales business partner to regional Sales leaders for new business and growth in existing accounts.

You’ll help drive the move to the Contentsquare Experience Platform, report to the Head of Solutions Consulting EMEA, and sit on the EMEA

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Pre‑Sales or Sales Engineering in B2B SaaS.
• Proven people management or formal team leadership experience.
• A true player‑coach: able to set direction and run demos/POCs.
• Strong record in complex Enterprise sales cycles: discovery, design, demos, POCs.
• Confident partnering with Sales leadership and influencing teams.
• Fluent in structured sales methods (MEDDICC, Command of the Message, value selling).
• Capable of turning technical capabilities into business value stories for execs.
• Curious about AI and how AI‑driven insights impact customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional pre‑sales plan and translate priorities into a regional plan.
• Allocate SC capacity across segments, accounts and opportunities for max revenue impact.
• Lead and grow the Solutions Consulting team across France & Southern Europe.
• Run joint deal reviews, MEDDICC and Command of the Message discussions with Sales.
• Personally lead strategic, high‑stakes opportunities and executive presentations.
• Partner with Agencies, SI/tech partners, and enable their pre‑sales teams.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success and Professional Services.
