Notion is seeking a Forward Deployed Architect to help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.

This role sits at the center of Notion’s workflow-led GTM motion and will partner directly with customers to understand goals, environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or similar.
• Ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear workflows, implementation plans and architectures.
• Strong consultative discovery skills to map current workflows and pain points.
• Hands-on AI mindset with experience designing, prototyping, automating workflows.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation and enterprise systems.

Responsabilités

• Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch, translating goals into scalable solution design.
• Design scalable Notion architectures translating workflows, governance, integrations and AI use cases.
• Deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, and platform capabilities.
• Create adoption plans and enablement materials to drive sustained usage and value.
• Develop repeatable patterns into templates, reference architectures, and runbooks.
