Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the full customer journey from first meeting through workflow design, commercial close, and renewal planning. You’ll work with enterprise buyers and technical teams to translate needs into live, value-driven solutions.

You’ll design workflows in Notion with customers, coordinate with BDRs, and navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews. The role blends AI-enabled productivity with enterprise software in a fast-growing product.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
Technical fluency and comfort building live in software—you can demo and co-design in front of a customer.
Strong discovery and qualification instincts to map workflows into commercial outcomes.
Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder interactions including procurement, legal, and security reviews.
You can own the room with agency and urgency to bring new ideas to customers.
You’re obsessed with AI and learning new tools.

Responsabilités

Own the full customer lifecycle—new logo, expansion, and renewal as the single account owner.
Design and build workflow solutions live with customers: discovery becomes the demo.
Partner with BDRs on account planning and outbound motion for your book.
Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals.
Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan and handoff for ongoing expansion.
Partner with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, adoption plans, and renewal execution.
