Notion is seeking a Forward Deployed Architect to translate customer goals into scalable Notion architectures and AI-native workflows that drive adoption and measurable outcomes. You will partner directly with customers from discovery through launch, defining adoption plans and architectures while collaborating with GTM, Product, Engineering, and the partner ecosystem to scale best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tech services/consulting or similar customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear workflows and plans.
• Strong discovery skills to map current workflows and constraints.
• Hands-on AI mindset with experience designing or prototyping AI workflows.
• Fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, and enterprise systems; able to reason through constraints.
• Experience delivering implementations that drive adoption and long-term value.
• Excellent project/engagement management and stakeholder alignment.
• Clear written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Executive presence with sound judgement in trade-offs.
• Bias toward action and fast-learning in AI-native product environments.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch, translating business goals and workflow requirements into scalable solution design and Notion solutions that drive durable adoption.
• Design scalable Notion architectures that translate customer workflows, governance needs, integrations and AI use cases into easy-to-adopt workspaces.
• Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, Workers, Developer Platform capabilities and adjacent AI tools, in partnership with Forward Deployed Engineering when advanced depth is needed.
• Help customers navigate change by designing adoption plans, enablement materials and launch approaches that drive sustained usage and measurable business value.
• Identify repeatable patterns across engagements and convert them into packaged solutions, templates, reference architectures and run books.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, simplifying complex technical requirements and recommending practical trade-offs.
• Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, PMM, Services leadership and partners to scale successful approaches.
• Create clear implementation plans, handoff materials and success measures that align customers and internal teams on value realization.
