Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect (Customer Lake) to lead technical engagements with enterprise customers, guiding data and marketing initiatives from design to deployment.

You will partner with marketing, data, and GTM teams to position Customer Lake, drive adoption, and deliver workshops, POCs, and strategic recommendations across cloud environments. Strong communication with CMOs and tech leaders, and a track record in pre‑sales or consulting is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CDP/MarTech or data engineering for marketing.
• Experience designing and delivering client-facing data and activation solutions.
• Deep familiarity with CDP/adtech platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe, Segment, etc.).
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers to successful implementations on customer data and marketing projects.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across your territory.
• As a trusted advisor, serve as an expert Solutions Architect building technical credibility with CMOs and data leaders to drive adoption.
• Enable clients at scale through workshops, POC execution, and developing customer-facing collateral.
• Influence product roadmap by translating field insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
• Handle the most complex technical challenges as tier-3 escalation point for field.
• Establish and refine the POC intake process for well-scoped engagements.
